I had a meat only order for pulled pork for the KU game on Saturday. So I got busy.
I didn't do anything that you don't already know.

Got a pair of the biggest butts that I've ever seen. (19.7 pounds) And I've seen my share of butts.



Trimmed and crowned. Then rubbed with Big Ron's Original. Put em on the smoker @ 225 for about 16 hours.




The final pan of goodness ready for pickup.



I sent a quart of my KC Medium Sauce and a quart of Roxy's Carolina Sauce with them.
They were all happy campers until Monday night.
