The question is that you need to NOT restrict the airflow inside the smoker, but once the smoke gets out, you can move it. Just position it so the exhaust is away from most people are anywhere there isn't air movement. BUT don't let the wind blow hard directly into the exhaust.

A Ceiling fan will dissipate it but not necessarily move it away. The wind works pretty good here in OK to move it.

But why, you want everyone and everything to smell like smoke. Big Grin
