FE 100 easy movement

Toying with ideas to add larger wheels and a handle to my FE 100
Creating a hand truck out of the smoker itself

The cart we built is dandy but too large a footprint made it difficult to pack in the trailer
Question
Is the exhaust pipe mounted solidly enough to use it as connecting point for bike handlebars or cow horns or whatever we decide to use as a handle?
