Hi fellow fec owners, I just got my first Cookshack fec120 and was wondering what sort of deep cycle marine battery with an inverter setup would be needed to keep it going for a comp. I know 100's are more widely used on comp circuit and are connected to batteries often, but having the convection fan in a 120 does draw more constant power so is there anyone have a setup or thoughts of a way it could be done so I can run it when power cuts out at a comp. I have read some about marine batteries and not sure what is better a 27, 31 etc and is it really neccisary to buy a 3000w inverter over a 1000w one. I also have been told to hook setup to a trickle charger and plug into power to keep battery charged. Thanks
