I want to thank Fast Eddy and Cookshack for making such a great product. My FEC-100's are my teammates. I couldn't do what I do without them. I can't imagine producing a consistent product as a solo cook and do all that I have to do AND tend a fire.

Chalk another GC notch on the wall for the FEC family. Pork Pullin Plowboys won Smoking on Big Creek this weekend for the second time. My "teammates" were a huge help.

Congrats Todd!

I think Todd is being very humble on his fine cooking. I was there as a judge and stayed to watch the awards. Todd was called to the stage for 1st in chicken. He then was called to the stage for 1st in ribs. What a day, but then he was called to the stage for 1st in pork. Must have been a real disappointment getting only 14th in brisket, especially with the number of fine cooks at this contest.

Nice work Todd! I don't know if you remember me or not but I took your class in Tempe, purchased an FEC 100, practiced what you taught us, tweaked it a tad and pulled out a 1st place chicken out of 78 in Havasu! Now we're just working on the others. The FEC is incredible.

Congrats Todd, he is also be quite humble. He won 1st in chicken, 1st in ribs, and 1st in pork. So close to clean sweep. Great big congrats again.

Todd got 1st in chicken!?! Congrats! That was the elusive 1st place category wasn't it? That must have been an awesome feeling coming in 1st for the first three categories.
