Thanks guys! It was a great event for a great charity, pancreatic cancer. The FEC 100 worked flawlessly and our meats all came out without a hitch except I forgot an important ingredient in our pork injection at home and it came off earlier than I had planned. Oh well, we have another event in Lake Havasu City next weekend so hopefully we'll be on point again with the judges.

The third place team, Route 66 also uses an FEC 100 out there and he seems to always be right at the top.

WTG Harry Soo

Thanks Cal! Our season is starting off pretty well. The Fec ran like a champ again while we had 20 - 40 mph winds out there. Makes me love the fact the FEC is insulated and operates the way it does.

Harry Soo is a force to be reckoned with in the SW. That guy is a hell of a cook and he's really consistent comp to comp.

Scott and Bekke have proven to be very consistent as well, Two Reserve Grands less than 5 points from the top! You two rock!

It looks to me that our own AZScott also is a force to reckoned with in the SW. Congratulations!
