I've been a Cookshack SMO25 owner for 5 years now and use it weekly. I'm thinking about adding an FEC 100 and also enhancing my skills. I'm retired and have lot of free time on my hands. To fill some of that time I thought I'd head to Ponca City and attend the Dec. 6 Judging Class and Dec. 7 Competition Cooking Class.

Anyone else out there attending one or both?

Class was very professional and very informative. My compliments to all that had a part in organizing the event.
For the price, this is probably the best value on the market today for a competition cooking class - irrespective of whether you have a Cookshack product or not. (But for the record, I have purchased multiple Cookshack products over the last 20 years).

Only wish I lived a little farther away, so that the teachers would not continue to "school me" at every contest I enter. Smiler
