If you read my post about racks falling during travel, it has been fixed. I did damage a thermocouple and had to learn to anchor my racks to travel a lot. The thing I want to emphasize is this. I was doing a brisket test this Saturday and the thermocouple died!!! I got on the Cookshack website and ordered the parts, then struggled through the test. I have a catering job Tuesday in Cincinnati so I had them overnight the order. Well, they called first thing Monday morning to let me know it's on the way! Folks, "That's Customer Service"!!!! Thanks so much to all the folks at Cookshack. That's another reason I use a "Fast Eddie"!!!!!

Oops, your right. On my 07 model I removed the screws holding the hanger in place and put washers large enough to not let it jump off. On the 05 model I couldn't get the screws loose so I just used self tapping screws to not let it jump off. I drove all the way to Cincinnati and nothing moved. Kentucky roads have a few potholes I found on the way.
