I have a 'day after wedding' BBQ on Sunday (my daughters wedding!!). I'm cooking ribs among other things. I usually prepare ribs the night before removing membrane and applying rub. In this case I won't have time to do that nor will I have much time Sunday morning to get them cooking (and my wife put me on notice not to mess the kitchen up Sat ). Would it be too much to prepare on a Friday night, wrap in plastic wrap, for cooking on Sunday?
