I can't figure out if they are stating they have a particular strain of Wagyu ,or what would be different from the general genetics of the herd it came from.

Or they are selling it to users...........
Certainly haven't tried it, but it seems these ranchers are higher than the mountains where they raise their cattle. $75 for 1 ribeye? I don't pay that at a steakhouse here that serves only USDA Prime beef.
I haven't tried a grass fed beef, yet, that I care for. For me, you can't beat a good old corn fed cow for it's meat.
