I contacted Thermapen's customer service last Friday as the little round cover to the battery compartment on my Thermapen had broken the tabs off that held the cover down. I spoke with Amanda and she offered to either send me a new cover, if I felt competent enough to replace it myself, or give me an RMA to return the Thermapen so they could replace the cover. The new cover came in today and I had no problem replacing the cover.

The nice part about this is that I had purchased my two water-resistent Thermapens back in 2009. And Amanda sent me this new cover at no charge. Heck they even threw in the little package of Jelly Bellys just like I was actually buying something!

That is what I call excellent customer service!!!
