Just have to say "wow!!" Had an issue with the temperature probe on my new 025. Dropped an email to customer service and within a day had not only a response, but a replacement in the mail. Thanks to Tony for the extraordinary customer service. Another reason to buy Cookshack (besides the incredible food it makes). Cool
