Well everyone, I bit the bullet on a new model 55. I've never BBQ before but thought it would look nice on my patio (just kidding). I will probably be on this forum alot and want to say thanks ahead of time for any info you my help me with on my 55.

Thats good news man I have had mine over a year and smoke alot of food pork,poultry,beef and alot of wild game I cant see why antbody would waste there money on a different brand.

Congrats Louie, you won't regret it. After eating my food for the past few years, my sister-in-law is buying a Smokette for my brother. I think I've sold about eight just due to friends/family eating the product.
