Baby Back Ribs

I have tried many ways to make baby back ribs and thought i would try something different. I used Hi Mountain beef jerky cajun cure and seasoning. I mixed the cure and seasoning per instructions then sprinkled generously on the ribs then put them in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Then put in the smoker at 225 degrees for 6.5 hours. I used 3 ounces of maple .The ribs came out moist and had full flavor of the seasoning. Probably the best ribs that i have made to date.
