My BBQ Bible is "Paul Kirk's 175 BBQ Sauces, Rubs, and Marinades".
I had mine autographed by Paul when I took his BBQ class down in Des Moines a few years back.
Another one I like is "Smoke & Spice" by the Jamisons. All recipes begin with: Prepare the smoker for barbequeing, bringing the temperature to 200F to 220F.
