Do a search. Someone recently posted a home-made cold smoker addition to an 08/09. They actually built a box made of wood to hold Cookshack racks that sat on top of the smoker. I believe he set a pan of ice on top of the smoker (not blocking the top vent of course) and cold smoked cheese. Said it was fantastic. It looked pretty cool. Temp never got above 90*.
