Thanks for the advice, but my cleanup involves a few seconds of spray from a pull out hand held sprayer we all have at our sinks, and a little brushing. A little prep including coating the items to be smoked with a bit of oil, and a spray of Pam, makes cleanup not much more than a dirty plate at dinnertime.
I like the idea that my food is only exposed to quality cooking oil, metal, smoke and heat.
