Hello all, I havent posted much lately cause I had Neck surgery last week. I had a bilevel cervical Discectomy with internal fixation at C5-C6-C7. I now have two synthetic disks, with a titanium plate with six titanium screws. Getting better each day, but a week or two away from some normalcy. Couldn't stand it being at home with nothing I could do, so I managed to do some Smokin Okies Brine III chicken thighs rubbed with Chikkie Rub this afternoon. Smoked in my preheated Amerique at 300 with hickory this time. Good as always. Thanks to SmokinMainieac's suggestions, I have done this one several times....
