Reply to "Help with half cooked chicken"

Cut thru one, and see if the juices run clear.

It may have finished on its own.

If not,sprinkle with a little fruit juice,and microwave on low,when you get ready to eat them.

By the time they reach table temp,you should be fine.

Or,drizzle with liquid margarine,butter,etc,and run under your oven broiler for a minute on each side.

If a large number,do the foil in the oven-with a little fruit juice.
