Well,,, I have been smoking for many years but that smoking has been limited to smoking jerky, fish and poultry but my recipes are really not that much different than some of the recipes that I ran across when doing all my research on this forum so I don't really have any recipes to share that would be "new" to anyone. I've never gotten into smoking beef and pork and have no experience with them but I'm looking forward to giving these cuts of meat a go in my new smo45 and will gladly be sharing my successes,,, and failures

,,,, with the forum. I'm really looking forward to trying out some of the recipes I've gotten off of this forum.
