Newbie in San Diego

Hello All- Before i start yapping... i want to say that i feel very blessed to be apart of this BBQ community and this Forum-WOW!!!

Now that i scored some brownie points with ya'll ...jk of course! I am in the process of starting a BBQ rest. in San Diego in the next few months- We have approx 10 or so in the area and nothing that truly stands out until mine opens up of course

and with the support of this forum, i have no doubt that i will succeed so with that, thank you and i look forward to posting some interesting ?s oh...and i plan to start off with a 150 but my wife just had sticker shock- she will be handling "the books"!
Until then, i look forward to your posts/comments and most important-opinions!
