I doubt it would have gone bad. I've yet to have any issues with any cooked food going bad, left out over night, etc.... What is interesting is how many folks are having issues like me with their patio GFCI. Today I plugged into another outdoor GFCI by my pool system with a 50 foot extension cord and the SM045 is working fine now, 3 + hours. If I plug into my nearest patio plug it trips it after just 6 minutes. Waiting on electrician to come check this out but I know it isnt my Smoker. Good luck. If it were my meat, I'd eat it!
