I am not familiar with Turbinado Sugar but I will look for it next time and use it instead of the white sugar. Can I find it locally or do I have to get it on the internet? BTW, my wife and kids love the Virgin mustard sauce. They use it on chicken nuggets and corn dogs. It will be a staple in our home like kethup. (My wife made me add a little more honey to your recipe, about 1/4 cup.) A man has to do what a man has to do in the name of domestic tranquility!
