Season/first smoke

People,
I received my 3rd controller for the Amerique today and I'm getting proficient in removal replacement of those rascals.
I had 6 oz hickory and let it rip at 210 for 3 hours. Not a power glitch to speak of. I put in a 4lb sirloin roast I'd marinated and rubbed/ Temp 230.
It cooked for about 2 hours and internal was 155. I took it out and let it sit for 30 minutes.
For a first cook I'm very happy nice and tender with a bit of pink and just the right amount of smoke.
Whew!
