Reply to "Smoked Meatloaf, my new favorite!"

They do cook fairly quickly, anywhere from 1 hour to an hour plus 15 minutes, depending on the internal temp of the meatballs going into the smoker.  If they're right out of the 'fridge, they'll take a little longer.  There are some good meatloaf recipes on the cookshack site, recipes section, under "beef".  I add a bit of crumbled bacon to mine.
