I do not take offense.I am hoping that dundee knows that. I too use fruit jams,syrups and jellies on the outside of meat quite often.
Please do not take offense,Pete, as I wouldn't want that.I apologize in Public for all to read for my blunder.It certainly was not meant as a reflection on the country of Australia.
I did not know about the oil as Smokin' indicated. You,too,have been hilarious at times dundee.. Let's figuratively shake hands and forgive ok? KathyE
