Chaplain, I checked the link again and the manufacturer says 4.5, but when I corresponded wi her she mentioned they upgraded their production for the new year and I believe she said they are all now 5.0 mil. They respond pretty quick to emails, so you can ask directly if you need to verify.

When I spoke to the product specialist at Cabelas about the vacuum sealer, I didn't ask about bags cause I had already purchased mine from eBay.

BTW, Cabelas 50' rolls in the bag cutter box are on sale as well, 15.99 instead of 19.99.

I don't get credit or anything, but, if anyone decides to order or ask about the bags I bought, I would love it if you mention that a friend from the forum recommended you. I want her to know that I am a good person and did what I said I would and posted about them if I really liked them.
