He's also going to admit to using this recipe on all his brisket smokes:
Orange Juice Coke Marinated Brisket
In his never ending effort to KICS (Keep It Complicated Stupid), he coats all his meats in mustard before applying his rubs (which he makes from scratch when he can simply buy great rubs at the store) and foils ribs, brisket and pork butts.
