Reply to "Which cut is better for jerky?"

Well sure everybody be glad to hear I am putting the jerky making hobby on hold for a while. Never could quite develop a rational marketing scheme amongst the mom and pop world. The folks at the close beer joints can only eat so much jerky I guess. The pickled sausages were pretty good but did not seem to catch on. Too many young whupper snappers around to appreciate those.
