I injected with a solution of brown sugar, salt, Worcestire, and crystal hot sauce. Then coated well with Yellow Mustard and rubbed with a mix of Butt Rub, Cayenne, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, cumin, garlic and onion powder. Wrapped in plastic and back in the fridge till tomorrow.
