Thanks Smokin! I usually thaw everything completely and it reads 37 degrees out of the fridge. It's just a couple times I rushed it and the meat had a hint of not being 100% thawed. Within 15 minutes it hit 32 and everything was fine.

I purchased this unit in April and use it 3 out of 4 weekends a month. I'm already thinking how can I justify an AmeriQue.
