We have circuit board problems so seldom that we don't include instructions for changing them. The instructions, however, should be on the website. I will get that in the works. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I am glad to know how we can improve our performance in this area.
Well fingers crossed I think the new board has resolved the issue. This only my 3rd repair since I bought it in very late February. Roll Eyes


  • replaced heating element
  • replaced probe and jack
  • replaced control board


Just as I said last weekend in another thread:
Customer service has been excellent to work with and I wouldn't trade em'. I'm just grumpy about having to constantly work on it and wait on parts all the time...would rather be smoking if you know what I mean.

I'm leaving town for a business trip tomorrow morning but will report back good or bad on how the machine behaves in the coming weeks.
