Unless you are just in a panic to have something that is called Q,you might stick with the local seafoods,etc.
If passing thru Mobile,you might try the Brick Pit.
They have cooked some comps.
Saucey Q is the other local favorite.
The New Orleans"mafia",as they are called, have opened some branches of Ne orleans places,that could be worth a look.
