I made an awesome dinner for friends last night...Moose Stew with Root Vegies, the BEST bread I EVER made in my life, and this little salad, that had their eyes rolling back in their heads!

Broccoli w/Smoked Orange Mayo

1 large head broccoli, stemmed
2 c. Best Foods or Hellmans mayo...no subs!
2 oranges, halved
About a tbs. honey

Steam the broccoli until al dente, plunge into cold water to stop the cooking, drain and set aside. The broc should still be a little warm. Cut the oranges into halves and drizzle with honey. Get the smoker smoking with a small chunk of hickory. Set the oranges in there, cut sides up, and smoke at 150 for 30 minutes. Cool, and then squeeze into the mayo. Mix well. Mix with the broccoli and let stand, covered, at room temp for 15-30 minutes. Serve as a sidedish. This served 4 with folks wanting more. Razzer
