Building a LARGE dehydrator

I need larger dehydrators, Im using Excalibur 9 tray ones, we've 6 but i need something MUCH LARGER, infact 3 or 4 larger ones, does anyone have any designs ? or sites where we can find designs ? There is no real good jerky makers in the UK which is what we're trying to rectify lol
