Hi All , I've been smokin for quite a while but new to the electric but learning to love it . Just smoked 20 pounds of Butt and it went 10-1/2 hours. Took meat up to 196, removed & wrapped for a couple hours. Bone pulled right out and meat was juicy and just fell apart. Easiest butts I've ever done.i did inject and dry rub . I have a couple pics but I don't know how to upload Frowner
