240 degrees in the FEC 120... I used a combo of mesquite and hickory pellets.
This was a 15 pounder... 4.5 hours the probe in the breast read 160. Out... Foiled and in the cooler to rest. Yes... Enhanced with a couple of lemons. Fantastic!
