Pags recipe for cinnamon pecans turn out great. I did continue to stir and work pecans during the cooling process to avoid sticking together. Has anyone tried smoking the pecans for a short time before coating them with the honey and cinnamon sugar? Would this allow them to absorb more smoke flavor as I am sure the coating keeps them from absorbing as much smoke. Going to try baby backs later today for a trial run. It will be my first time. I am a little concerned as I read baby backs may be the most challenging to get right. I realize their is less actual meat and could get tough if I do not do it correct. I will look at Ribs 101 again and the search the forums for all the expert advice.
