I read this topic a couple of times and wondering outloud, why do you want to keep it new looking? the outside, I agree, the racks and drip pan, I do run it thru a oven cycle in the house here and there, I do clean them every time I use them, but the inside, I never clean, isn't that the seasoning going on? If there is something on the walls, I do use a plastic scraper, to knock it off.

I thought, the seasoning of the inside helps the temps being stable? (I really thought that, I know sometimes posts sometimes come out sounding like a smarta$$ )
Yep, talkin' outside. I've seen that bar keepers friend before but never used it. I'll have to give it a try. Those wipes would be a handy deal also. I was polishing the tunnel of my snowmobile the other day and dang near threw the polisher at my cooker, but ended up not wanting to open up that can of worms.
