It seems many home cooks would love to have all that room in a 150,but just can't justify the electronics.

Since I am the only"employee" using my units and they live with me, I don't have as much need for the electronics.

I recognize temp swings on cookers and digital accuracy is hard to achieve,so I kinda like dials that I can look at and move by hand.

I can't tell any difference in the product they produce.

There are threads all over here about size and I'm sure some of the folks will jump in with some pros and cons.
I have the Smokette 009. Let me tell ya. I love it and it cooks a lot of meat. And if you have the need for "TONS" of food, you plan.

Butt for pulled pork, do ahead and you just need to reheat. Ribs, same thing. Chicken and brisket, I would want that day. Beans, cook and reheat days later. I fed about 55 people the other day. I just planned and had left over. No issue. You just buy to your wallet and plan ahead to your party.

Have fun. BTW, Customer support is the best I have found yet to this date on anything that I have ever purchased.
