Just a note for folks thinking about buying a CS cover,or sticking with the old leftover painting tarp in the garage.

I've had most of them CS makes, many for over a decade.

Ours have traveled the Southeast for cookoffs and taken a real beating, and some cook around the clock with the covers on.They can set on the back of the trailers in all the travel. Those that set out back at the house ,beachside in southern FL,are in a saltwater storm every night.

We cook, covers on, in tropical storms with 40-50 mph winds and just unzip to open the doors.

It is unusual at cookoffs not to see cooks cooking with covers on.FL looks like an FEC tradeshow.

They may not seem inexpensive, but when you figure out the years of use,the custom fit[which makes it a lot easier to put on in dark, bad weather],and the level of protection-it does seem like a real deal.

Just my $0.02
