Not sure by your title so just need a little clarification.

The Charbroiler is a CS product not a FE product.

FE has a FE Pellet Cooker that has a direct / indirect side.

The Charbroiler is a restaurant quality item, in the multiple sizes.

Did you have specific questions about it?

Don't know many people (in the forum) who have one. Butcher BBQ has one too. Most of the restuarant people that have them don't stop by during Q season.

Ask away we'll help.

I haven't seen one single reference to auger issues in a Charbroiler. I think you're referring to maybe an FEC pellet cooker.

What have you heard? I don't see any issues with the auger, but want to know what you've heard (in case others find this thread and want to know)
I have purchased this unit, and its is Great , i have used Natural Gas Charbeoilers and Wood Stick Charbroilers and even Charchol Charbroilers, The CookShack Charbroiler is far the best unit i have used the Extra Heavy Grate heat up fast and sears perfect evey time, I would definenitly recomend this for eveyone who want a high quility Charbroiler,also Order the LID as and exrtra for even fast cooking..

Actual there won't. I'm going to create a new section for the grills, both the Charbroiller and the FEC Pellet Grill.
