fast eddy charbroiler

I know Craig from FirehouseBBQ has one and has been using it at comps for chicken and possibly ribs. And he loves it!

I hope some day to have one also.

Not sure by your title so just need a little clarification.

The Charbroiler is a CS product not a FE product.

FE has a FE Pellet Cooker that has a direct / indirect side.

The Charbroiler is a restaurant quality item, in the multiple sizes.

Did you have specific questions about it?

Don't know many people (in the forum) who have one. Butcher BBQ has one too. Most of the restuarant people that have them don't stop by during Q season.

i wanted to put the pellet charbroiler inside a concession trailer. i 've read where people have had trouble with the augar

I haven't seen one single reference to auger issues in a Charbroiler. I think you're referring to maybe an FEC pellet cooker.

What have you heard? I don't see any issues with the auger, but want to know what you've heard (in case others find this thread and want to know)

I have purchased this unit, and its is Great , i have used Natural Gas Charbeoilers and Wood Stick Charbroilers and even Charchol Charbroilers, The CookShack Charbroiler is far the best unit i have used the Extra Heavy Grate heat up fast and sears perfect evey time, I would definenitly recomend this for eveyone who want a high quility Charbroiler,also Order the LID as and exrtra for even fast cooking..
