Then you have a challenge. You can't really use straps because you need to get in the door a lot and any kind of bracket you build will have to be used a lot to unhook so you can get to the firepot.

If you're trying to have it so you can move it out, I think you're making it difficult.

Can you place it so you mount it permanently but then have access on the side to the fire pot?
Well, the casters are mounted on 'legs', like a standoff. If you removed only the caster, you should be able to bolt the legs right to the floor ?

You could also get some angle iron, make a square outline that bolts to the floor. Make the frame so the casters sit in each corner of the frame ?
