Got a New SM160...8 Briskets going in soon. Pointers? USB programs? THX

I bought a ccokshack...i think its called the 125?...about 3 years ago. I love it but Im going to start a new venture in which I need a bigger unit. So I purchased the 160 model.

I would greatly appreciate any pointers with regard to what to do ot=r what to expect when filling with briskets. I am putting in 8 briskets tonite or tomorrow.

Also...this USB port...Any experienced gained instructions or program that would be a good base to work from?

Thanks for the help. Im always on this forum and you guys have been a amazing help over the years. I never had to ask of give me 2 cents about everything cause its all here...just have to search, but Im a bit nervous being so much meat and a new unit. Thanks again guys.

You didn't mention it, but I hope you've taken the time to thoroughly season your new smoker before undertaking a large, expensive cook. Good luck!
