Have a great 4th. 3 racks of loin backs smoking right now. KISS. It's so hot, I considered not turning on the smoker.

I was late reading all the posts, I read this with such anticipation of hearing about the final product. Then I saw the updated thread, kind of feels like watching a movie and the power going off before the ending, sorry.
