Thanks for stopping in Dave!

I am the low down thug that got your awesome pictorials posted on the main page of this forum.

Do you have any updated recipes with photos that you can share with the rest of us here?

I have dragged my Smokette around the state 3 times this year, spreading the Cookshack awesome products it still produces, making more friends all the time.

Thank's for stopping in,
Mike
Ha ha .. you can have all the profits from my site! (oops, you now owe me $10/month hosting fees Smiler ) I'm just trying to extend my 15 minutes of fame to maybe 20 minutes.

I will attempt to stop by more often - even if it is just to borrow a recipe or two, or three.

My Cookshack has made me lots of friends and lots of unpaid catering events for teachers night, various church functions, and family camping. I wouldn't trade it for the world. Funny thing is that I rarely ever go out to any of the many BBQ joints that are now in the State of Maine because I can produce better product at home for a lot less money.

In fact, for the cost of an average meal out, I can buy an 8 pound pork butt and invite a bunch of people over. AND have money left to buy some PBR.

Life is good.
BBQ Bull - I'm glad I'm not the only one who has gone mobile with my smoker. We do a lot of camping with our pop-up. When we have hook-ups, I always bring it.

I suppose I should search the forum (I think every question about bbq has been answered several times here...) but have you used the Smokette with an invertor? I'm going to be going to several music festivals next year (no hook-ups) and would like to operate off the battery.
