I know its not q but it is a technique question.
My wife makes a pretty mean smashed potato her sister in law requested that she bring them for christmas dinner, as part of our contribution. 18 people. You people with experiance any ideas would be grate. How far ahead can they be made? How to travel? How to keep hot? Oh yea We need to take beef gravy also.. Sure wish it could have ben the meat.Thanks in advance for your help.
