I just saw an add for a KCBS "Get your Pig On" event at Ft. Mc Dowel in Scottsdale Arizona, just down the road from me. I have never been to a BBQ event but would like to go. Any advice on what to do when you are there. Do they sell BBQ or have samples. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA

If your wanting to talk with the cooks Friday evening is the best time. If they are using a FEC100, introduce yourself and tell them that you own a CS and are a forum member.
