Loin Back Ribs Question

I recently bought Loin Back Ribs at Sams and they weighed a little over 10 lbs (3 slabs).
They were meaty and dry.
I have done some research, and it looks like I should be looking for slabs that are not over 2 lbs. Is this true?

I cook loin backs all the time (3 and up) and don't have a problem.

Whatever you cook, you just have to adjust. LB will take longer than BB.
