We have some mahi-mahi that my wife caught. Now I am looking for a good recipe. Has anyone smoked, or cooked these fish? Will you share your recipe please.

Mike - wish I could help. My fish experience is limited to salmon. Good luck. Just one thought - I really love smoked whiting or whitefish. Might that be a guide? I know there are lots of those recipes out there. As I understand it, mahi mahi is actually dolphinfish but not called that for obvious reasons not to confuse the fish with the much beloved mammal.
